I think this would be a good song for school of rock 2012-2013 because this band is canadian, ukele club can do Sarah's part, and they are amazing! Check it out!

I think they are talking about a person. He's saying he doesn't have red hands, that he didn't do it, but then he realizes that he did do it, but chose to lie about it. He is guilty. I don't what he did, I don't know what the it is, but it is probably bad. I think when he's saying "the gun is loaded, but not in my hands", he means he didn't do it, but he might have done it. The gun is not in his hands right now, but it could have been at another time. He might have even told someone else to do it. I still don't know what he did though.
